Why does it take you so long to ship? Well because it's just me, myself and I. I also have a second business, a 6 year old and a 4 year old, trying to have a life as well, maybe getting some scrapbooking in, wanting a flylady like house, the 2 hour drive to pick up my shipments can't happen more than once a week, lines at the post office drive me crazy, wanting to be an available wife, getting wholesale shipments ready for stores, design team assignments. Whew! Hee! That my darlings, is why it takes me at least a week and a half to get all your orders out...Hope you understand! :) What is your policy on returns? At this time there will be no returns or exchanges. Please check the sizing chart to guarantee it will be the right size. ** ScrapWear Designs by Tenika is not responsible for lost or damaged mail by the Postal Service. ** Do you ship Internationally? Sure Do! At this time our shopping cart can process orders from Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand. If you are from another country and are interested in purchasing an item please email me. Do you sell wholesale? Yes! Email me scrapdesignsbytenika @ hotmail (add the dot com) and we can chat :) Can you personalize some shirts for me & some friends? Definitely! If using your own design or simply putting the name on the back of one of my designs there will be a no extra fee per item. Or I can come up with something custom for you ($20 fee). They start at $4.15. What are heat transfers? Heat transfers are not iron-on's. They are professionally produced with archival inks and printed on a heat press that stamps in the design at 350 degrees resulting in a colorful and smooth print that washes and wears well. Baby & Nightime items are heat transferred. Who has to pay sales tax? Even though the shopping cart appears that it is going to charge everyone sales tax it will only charge tax to Washington State Residents. Why don't you have your phone number listed? I use to have my personal home phone listed but there was a problem with customers calling late in the evening, etc. So as of now you can contact me by email. Sorry if this is inconvenient. What forms of payment do you accept? Credit card, PayPal, Money Order or [well concealed] cash. Checks are accepted if absolutely necessary. Checks will be held for a 5 day waiting period to ensure clearance from bank before order goes in. |
